Most lead and application platforms focus on volume and push applications directly to recruiters. CDLers works differently. Driver profiles are pre-filtered based on hiring criteria, and you decide which profiles you want to unlock and engage. This gives you full control over candidate selection and prevents unqualified applications from reaching your recruiting team.
No. All profiles on CDLers are submitted directly by drivers and are kept up to date. Profiles are never older than seven days, and pricing reflects profile freshness — newer profiles are priced higher, while older profiles are discounted. We do not use recycled leads, old databases, or third-party lists. Every profile comes from a driver who has recently submitted their information.
CDLers does not require contracts, subscriptions, or monthly commitments. Pricing is calculated per profile and depends on driver qualifications and profile freshness. Factors such as experience level, trailer type, endorsements, TWIC or SAP status, and how recent the profile is all affect the price. You only pay for the profiles you choose to unlock.
Yes. In addition to providing access to driver profiles, CDLers can review your entire recruiting funnel and recommend improvements. We help identify inefficiencies in your recruiting process and advise on how to optimize candidate flow, engagement, and follow-up.
